Do you have shipments to the entire Colombian territory?
The carriers that deliver the orders are not responsible for making deliveries in all areas of Colombia. They only do it in areas that they recognize as safe for their work. If you want to know about a specific area of the country, contact the Customer Service line.
What countries do you ship to?
